So lernen sie eine andere Hexe kennen, die beiden aus der Klemme hilft, sie besuchen ihre uralte Tante Elfriede, die sie mit ihrem schrecklichen Essen aber schnell wieder vertreibt und einmal setzen sie ihre Reise in einem Zug fort, obwohl Laurin gar keine Fahrkarten gekauft hat. Es wird viel gefeiert und gelacht und beim Wassermann Balduin, geht es sogar ab in den Teich. Unfreiwillig müssen sie ihre Reise am Ende doch abbrechen und wieder nach Hause zurückfliegen. Doch beide sind sich einig, bald wieder zu verreisen.
